Kyle is the founder and owner of Grant Group Real Estate. With over 17 years of Real Estate expertise and over 11 years as a Broker, Kyle specializes in investment projects of many shapes and sizes. Kyle graduated as an Aggie, Class of 2005, and is coming up on his 17th year living in Bryan/College Station with his wife Shannon and 5 kids.

 Cody serves as the COO of The Grant Group. He is passionate about leadership, creating an engaging company culture, and staying tethered to core values (both personally and professionally). His proudest accomplishment is raising three kids with his beautiful wife of 11 years, Jordan. He is also a graduate of the Fightin' Texas A&M class of 2013.

Rachel previously worked at Brazos Central Appraisal District for 9 years as the Lead Commercial and Litigation/Arbitration Appraiser. She now represents owners for appealing property values and is a Qualified Intermediary (QI) for 1031 exchanges. Rachel has lived in College Station since 2011 and has two boys.
